About the Client

Pluck Teas reached out to Fair North Digital to see if we could help them get more value out of their website/online store.

Improving their digital presence and increasing sales was of primary importance, but they were also looking for a partner that would be quick to respond in case of urgent (or even routine) requests. We took on the task of making improvements to the website and shopping experience, and we’ve continued to do so for them in an affordable and responsive manner.

Site Rebuild

We rebuilt the website with custom tools to achieve a page loading speed improvement of about 80%.

This also gave us the opportunity to improve the site in other ways. We implemented a full-screen homepage video background, and a sophisticated product filtering approach that is quick and easy to use.

These improvements gave the brand great credibility online and improved search engine performance, which resulted in higher sales.

Wholesale Ordering

We opened up new channels of online sales with the introduction of wholesale registration, approval, and ordering.
